Hello!
We have an Uber-CAS sketch for you all this week at CAS(E) This Sketch! I love these ultra CAS challenges so much! I've made a(n almost) one-layer card using a very simple colour combination of mostly black and white with a tiny pop of yellow. Scrumptious!
I used Stampin' Up! Garden Friends stamps. The sentiment is also SU! but I forget the set name.
How are you inspired by this great sketch? I hope you decide to play along with us this week!
Thanks for visiting!

Fusion - Musical Butterfly
Hello!
Fusion Card Challenge this week has a fun inspiration for those of us who like music, butterflies, and rainbows! The sketch is also super! I've used both sketch and inspiration photo to create a Fusion design for my card this time around.
I used Uniko Bright Butterflies and Wplus9 Whole Lotta Happy stamps to create my card. I clear embossed the butterflies and used Zig Clean Colour Brushes to watercolour their edges.
Isn't this a cool inspiration? I can't wait to see what you come up with for this one. It's sure to be a bright and cheerful gallery. :-)
Thanks for coming by to visit me! You brighten my day.

Papertrey Ink April Blog Hop
Hello!
I saw the inspiration for the Papertrey Ink April Blog Hop and couldn't resist creating a similar pattern on a card myself. :-)
I used one of my old favourite stamp sets, Ruby Rose. The colour combination is surprising. I never would have chosen these colours together myself, but it's so pretty!
Thank-you for dropping by to visit me!

Freshly Made Sketches 284 - I Adore You
Hello!
This week-end my eldest daughter is away at music camp and my youngest daughter is lazing away her Sunday, leaving me with a little extra crafting time. I wish my mojo would jump to attention when I get spare time, but sometimes it takes a few cards before it returns, haha!
I made a card for Freshly Made Sketches 284. My original card was one-layer, but there were some unfixable smudges, so I got creative to save what I could. ;-) I love it in its new format as well.
I used Altenew Adore You stamps and coloured with Copics.
I'm also joining in with Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge where the theme is Showers and/or Flowers.
Thanks for coming to visit me!

CAS(E) This Sketch 218
Hello!
I've had a little rest from blogland, but I'm back! I've managed to pick up a cold and my chest, nose, and throat are telling me all about it. Crossing my fingers for a quick recovery, but considering work is still just as crazy, I'm struggling a little. ;-)
I'm here for CAS(E) This Sketch 218 where the sketch is another awesome one for the "works for every occasion" stash.
I used Altenew Beautiful Day stamps and PTI sentiment.
I will admit that apart from the awesome sketch, my stamping was purely inspired by the very clever Jenni Murray, who used this exact stamp to create an amazing background on her card for MUSE Card Challenge this week. I was awestruck the moment I saw Jenni's card. GORGEOUS!
Thanks for coming by to visit me! I hope you're inspired to join us over at CAS(E) This Sketch!

CAS(E) This Sketch 216 - Blue Skies
Hello!
Oh my goodness, things have been busy at work for me lately! Thank goodness the kids are on school holidays so I don't have to worry about school lunches, sports, ballet lessons, and all the rest of the activity that goes with school term! I do wish I had a quieter time at work so that I could enjoy the kids while they're relaxed.
With all of the busy-ness of my work life, I really felt like making a calming card, and I did. :-) This is my card for this week's CAS(E) This Sketch Challenge. For the stripey background of the sketch, I made "stripes" of clouds.
I used SU! Balloon Celebrations and MFT Blue Skies stamps.
Cool sketch, hey? I hope you're inspired to join us in the fun!
Thanks for visiting!
