Mobile Blogging...

Hello!

It's been a few days without home Internet, and I'm becoming quite frustrated, like most blogging addicts would! Here in Brisbane, and Queensland generally, we have experienced some wild weather. Unfortunately that has left about 260000 without power and about 400000 without phone or Internet services. We've been lucky - we won't flood (although many are), we still have power, and my mobile phone has had service most of the time. But, we don't have home Internet, and the whole family are feeling it - modern day problems, LOL!

This brings me to today's attempt at mobile blogging. I've added my photos, but I'm not sure how they'll show up in the post because they aren't inline with the text, so confusing.

One card is for this week's Dynamic Duos where we've been asked to use Soft Suede and Crumb Cake. My other card is one I made yesterday to while away the time stuck at home while the wind and rain howled outside.

Hopefully this works. If it doesn't, I'll be back to fix it when my Internet service returns. :-)

Excellent job of getting it done on your phone. I am in awe. Love reading logs on my phone and iPad, but use my laptop for posting. I love your sympathy card, they are sometimes difficult to make.

YAY!! It worked! Love both your cards! The neutrals are beautiful on the first and the design and colors on your second card look fabulous! So glad to know you won't get flooded, Michelle - sounds like it's really difficult times there - hope it all improves soon!

I feel for you, being without the internet. Who can you talk to, if you can't go on the computer? So glad you are back on line, and now we can chat about the class, too. Looking forward to see what you make. I love both of your cards today. I like the look of your first card--with the background just line images, and the color on the focal point. I'm going to try that some day. Also, love your second card, too. Great way to use Sentiment Signs.

Nightmare about the internet (I go mad when mine doesn;t work) but glad to hear you guys are safe from the flooding. The weather really is crazy these days isn't it?
Your sympathy card is gorgeous - perfectly understated without being blah. I love the red and yellow flowers with the turquoise on the second card.

Mobile blogging is something I have not been brave enough to try yet, Michelle. But it looks like you have it figured out. Both of your cards are beautiful! I love the softly stamped background on the sympathy card. Very pretty! Thank you so much for joining us this week at Dynamic Duos! :)
