CAS(E) This Sketch 172

Hello!

It's time for another CAS(E) This Sketch Challenge! I found this week's sketch a bit challenging. Probably because I looked at it and got all sorts of wonderful ideas that I just couldn't make work in paper! I had to put it down and walk away for a day.

I am in love with the card I eventually made. I love this dancing, twirling girl, and I especially love her in yellow and surrounded by a circle of flowers!
I used PTI Ballerina Beauty stamps and die.
My youngest daughter completed her first NAPLAN tests this week (standardised testing in Australia is run in Grades 3, 5, 7, and 9). I told her it wasn't anything to worry about, to just go and answer the questions the best she can on the day. She came home thrilled that the first test was to write a narrative and that it was free choice of topic! She tells me her story was about a girl who had a magic handball. :-)

I hope you'll take a visit to the rest of the CAS(E) This Sketch team and then join in the fun!

Thanks for visiting!

So sweet! This reminds me of little ballerina candle holders we had when we were young.....showing my age!

Oh my goooooodness! You know those cards that just make you break out in a grin all over your face? This is one of them. That buttery yellow dress and her halo of daisies are just divine together. Happy to be your newest follower. <3
