Fusion - Follow Your Dreams

Hello!

I looked at the inspiration for our latest Fusion Card Challenge and thought I would be using either the sketch or the inspiration. I never imagined that I would be making a fusion card using them both, but that is exactly what I've done! That's how inspiration strikes sometimes - it sneaks up on you and takes you by surprise! It helps that both the sketch and the inspiration image are awesome and full of possibilities. :-)

I used SU! Hardwood background and PTI Building Blocks stamps.

PP313 and HLS CASE the Designer - Apple Thanks

Hello!

I've made an apple thank-you card with a view to using it for one of the many thank-yous I need to deliver to teachers in around 10 week's time. This may be a record for me, starting to prepare in September for the flurry of November card and gift giving! I hope I can keep it up and avoid the stress of the past few years!

I used PTI Enclosed: Apple dies and stamps and SU! Hardwood background stamp.

I'm joining in with The Paper Players Challenge 313 where we have a CAS taste of fall.

CAS(E) This Sketch 168

Hello!

I'm here with my card for this week's CAS(E) This Sketch. At first glance, I wasn't sure how to approach this sketch, so I left the idea to float around  in my brain for a while. When I came back to it, this card made itself! I'd been surfing blogland for a few days and admiring flowers galore, so flowers it was for me, too. :-) I haven't given these beautiful roses much love lately, and they definitely deserve to have a regular outing.

I used SU! Hardwood background, PTI The Sweet Life, and PTI Scripted stamps.

How are you inspired by this sketch? I can't wait to see what everyone makes with it.

CAS(E) This Sketch 160

Hello!

I had some fun with this week's sketch at CAS(E) This Sketch! While I fully intended to make horizontal lines, I completely fell in love with the vertical lines, so kept them this way. :-)  To make up for my diversion from the sketch, I kept the horizontal sentiment lines.

I used SU! Hardwood Background stamp and PTI Wonderful Words: Hello stamps. Colours are SU! Gumball Green and PTI Smokey Shadow.

Yes, Chrissy has come up with another fab sketch! This one is going to have regular use, I think.
